Day 4 : Early Morning fly to Lukla and trek to Phakdhing.
Day 5 : Trekking to Namche
Day 6 : Rest /Acclimatizations/ rope and knot class
Day 7: trek to Mong Dada
Day 8 : Trek to Dole
Day 9 : Trek to Macherma
Day 10 : Machermo some of the rock ancher class practical
Day 11: Trek to Gokiyo Lake
Day 12 : Morning climb up Gokiyo Ri (Peak) back Gokiyo – trek to Dhangnak
Day 13 : early morning start over Chola Pass and over night at Zongla
Day 14 : Trek to Gorak Shape
Day 16: Early Morning to climb to Kalapather peak – Everest BC and back to Lobuche town.
Day 17 : Rest At Lobuche - some training
Day 18 : climb to High Camp - Some training about glacier
Day 19 : Summit Lobuche peak back to Lobuche town.
Day 20 : trek to Chukkung via Khongma la Pass
Day 21 : Chukung - some pursiking training
Day 22 : Trek to Island PEak bc
Day 23 : Summit Island peak and trek back to Chukung
Day 24 : Trek back To pang boche
Day 25: Trek to Ama Dablam BC
Day 26 : Ama Dablam BC puja ceromomney -

Inclusion
- Airport pickup and drop-off
- 4 nights in tourist standard hotel with breakfast in Kathmandu. The room and tent will be on a shared basis (contact us if prefer to have your own room in Kathmandu at an additional cost)

Exclusions
- International & home country domestic airfares or transfers
- Visa Fee. You could easily obtain visa at the airport at about USD 45 for 30 days
- Personal expenses such as gifts, phone calls, laundry
- Drinks including water (bottled, boiled) and alcohol, apart from the specified under the ‘includes’ section above
- Meals and accommodation other than those specified under the ‘includes’ section above
- Personal clothing and equipment for the trek and climbing gear
- Tips for guide/s and porters. Tips are expected and guides and porters see them as a reflection of your level of satisfaction. As a guidance, a guide may expect around USD 10 in total per day. And porters and cooks, USD 12 per day.
- Summit Bonus for Sherpa 1:1 = U$D 500 only for Ama Dablam Climbing Expeditions ( 1:1 Guide or (Sherpa)
- Insurance (compulsory): Make sure you have a good insurance covering search and rescue, medical expenses and transportation to home country. You should also consider a Cancellation Policy in case of illness at time of departure
- Any costs associated with you leaving the expedition early or early arrival back to Kathmandu if you’ve finished your expedition ahead of schedule
