The journey begins with a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and continues through the scenic Dudh Koshi river valley. Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 Meters / 4,593 Feet)
Your journey to Nepal begins with a breathtaking flight, offering stunning views of endless snow-capped peaks, lush green hills, and quaint settlements dotting the landscape. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative, who will assist you with your accommodation arrangements. After settling in, take some time to rest and acclimatize to the new environment. In the afternoon, explore the vibrant city of Kathmandu, rich with historical and cultural landmarks. Stroll through the bustling streets, visit ancient temples and stupas, and immerse yourself in the local culture. As the day winds down, join your team for a comprehensive briefing about the trek ahead. Your guide will provide essential information and answer any questions you may have. The day concludes with a welcome dinner, where you can savor traditional Nepali cuisine and bond with your fellow trekkers. Accommodation: Hotel Meal: Welcome Dinner
Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Ramechap and Fly to Lukla Trek to Phakding
Today begins with an early morning drive to Ramechap, a scenic journey through charming villages and rolling hills. After reaching Ramechap, you will board a short 20-minute flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. This exhilarating flight offers sweeping views of the Himalayas, culminating in your arrival at Lukla, a small yet bustling settlement located at a high elevation. After a brief rest to adjust, your trek to Phakding starts. The trail takes you through picturesque landscapes, including charming villages and the serene banks of the Dudh Koshi River. Along the way, you'll pass the village of Chauri Kharka and catch glimpses of the sacred peak Khumbila, an unclimbed mountain revered by the locals. After approximately 3-4 hours of trekking, you'll reach Phakding, a quaint Sherpa town nestled in the lush Dudh Koshi Valley. Accommodation: Hotel Meal: Breakfast
Day 3: Phakding (2,610 Meters / 8,562 Feet) to Namche Bazaar (3,440 Meters / 11,286 Feet)
After a hearty breakfast, prepare for a day of trekking to Namche Bazaar, the vibrant hub of the Khumbu region. The trail winds through enchanting forests filled with rhododendrons and pines, leading you alongside the Dudh Koshi River. After about an hour of hiking, you'll be greeted by the stunning sight of Mt. Thamserku (6,608 meters) on your right, framed by lush woodlands. As you progress, you'll reach the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park, where your permits will be checked. The ascent to Namche Bazaar is a rewarding challenge, offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Once you arrive in Namche, settle into your teahouse and spend the rest of the day exploring this vibrant market town, filled with shops, cafes, and stunning viewpoints. Day 4: Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar (3,440 Meters / 11,286 Feet)
Today is dedicated to acclimatization, allowing your body to adjust to the altitude. Namche Bazaar provides several fantastic vantage points for acclimatization hikes. Rise early to catch a spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas, as the sun transforms the peaks into a palette of colors. After breakfast, consider hiking to the nearby viewpoints, offering breathtaking vistas of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, and other majestic peaks. In the afternoon, you can trek to Thami, a nearby village situated above the Bhote Khola River Valley. This journey through lush woodlands will lead you to the Sagarmatha National Park headquarters, where you can learn about the rich biodiversity and the Sherpa culture. Day 5: Namche Bazaar (3,440 Meters / 11,286 Feet) to Tengboche (3,860 Meters / 12,664 Feet)
Today’s trek to Tengboche takes you along a scenic trail that meanders around ridges, offering incredible views of the surrounding peaks. You'll pass through Kyangjuma, where the trail divides, and then descend towards the Dudh Koshi River. As you approach Phunki Thenga, you’ll encounter beautiful rhododendron forests and cross a suspension bridge. The climb to Tengboche leads you to one of the most famous monasteries in the region, renowned for its spiritual significance and breathtaking backdrop of Mount Ama Dablam. Day 18: Free Day in Kathmandu (1,400 Meters / 4,593 Feet)

Day 6: Tengboche (3,860 Meters / 12,664 Feet) to Dingboche
After an early breakfast, you’ll follow the Imja Khola River on a trail that gradually ascends towards Dingboche. The terrain shifts as you cross the tree line, revealing a stark beauty characterized by arid landscapes interspersed with patches of conifers and rocky outcrops. You'll pass through the settlements of Shomare, Orsho, and Tsuro Wog, before finally reaching Dingboche, known for its cold climate and stunning views. This hamlet, surrounded by towering peaks, serves as a great spot for acclimatization and offers a glimpse into the life of the Sherpas who inhabit this region. Day 7: Acclimatization in Dingboche (4,410 Meters / 14,468 Feet). Hike Chhukung-Ri
Today is another acclimatization day, and Dingboche serves as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas. After breakfast, set off towards Chhukung Valley, ascending the Imja Khola Valley amidst glacial moraines and towering mountains. The hike to Chhukung Ri, a rocky hill behind the village, rewards you with magnificent views of Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, and the Lobuche peaks. Spend time absorbing the stunning scenery and learning about the unique geology of the region. Afterward, return to Dingboche, where you can relax and prepare for the next leg of your journey. Day 8: Dingboche (4,410 Meters / 14,468 Feet) to Lobuche (5,018 Meters / 16,463 Feet)
On this day, the trek to Lobuche takes you deeper into the heart of the Himalayas, surrounded by towering peaks. As you pass through Dusa, you’ll see herdsmen’s stone huts and enjoy views of the Khumbu glacier. The trail leads you to Dughla, where you’ll visit the memorial site at Chupki Lhara, commemorating climbers who lost their lives in the region. Continuing along the trail, you’ll traverse the Khumbu glacier moraine, gaining stunning views of the peaks, including Khumbutse, Lingtren, and Pumori. After a final stretch along a stream, you will arrive in the settlement of Lobuche, where you can rest and prepare for the upcoming challenges. Day 9: Lobuche (5,018 Meters / 16,463 Feet) to Gorakshep Explore Everest Base Camp
Today's trek is a significant one, as you will make your way to Gorakshep and then to Everest Base Camp. The trail initially traverses high-altitude pastures and rocky terrain, leading to a steep ascent to Thangma Riju. This viewpoint offers a breathtaking 360-degree panorama of the majestic Himalayas, including views of Taboche, Lobuche, and Pumori. After reaching Gorakshep, take a moment to rest before heading to Everest Base Camp. This iconic location, nestled at the foot of the world's highest mountain, allows you to experience the unique atmosphere of this adventurous region. Day 10: Hike Kala Patthar (5,554 Meters / 18,192 Feet), then Gorakshep to Lobuche
This morning, rise early for a hike to Kala Patthar, one of the most famous viewpoints in the region. The ascent to Kala Patthar offers unparalleled views of Mount Everest and the surrounding peaks. After capturing the breathtaking scenery, return to Gorakshep for a light breakfast before continuing your descent to Lobuche. The trail meanders through beautiful mountain landscapes, allowing you to soak in the sights of Lobuche Peak as you make your way back to the familiar surroundings of the teahouse in Lobuche. Day 11: Lobuche (4,730 Meters / 15,518 Feet) to High Camp (5,400 Meters / 17,716 Feet)
Today's trek leads you to the Lobuche East Base Camp, a critical stop before your climbing expedition. The trail begins with a steep ascent across rocky terrain, presenting stunning views of the Lobuche Glacier and the impressive peaks of Ama Dablam, Cholatse, and Thamserku. As you navigate through the moraine, you'll reach the base camp, where you'll take a brief rest before proceeding to the high camp. Day 12 - 13: High Camp to Lobuche East Peak and Back to Lobuche Base Camp
These two days are dedicated to the climbing phase of your expedition. The climbing team will provide you with essential training, ranging from basic techniques to more advanced skills necessary for reaching the summit. The trek from the base camp to the peak will take you across varied terrain, including loose rocks, glaciers, and moraines. Upon successfully summiting Lobuche East Peak, take a moment to soak in the incredible panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan landscape before returning to the base camp. Afterward, participate in the "No Trace Left Behind" campaign by helping to clean up the area, ensuring that future climbers can enjoy the pristine environment. Day 14: Lobuche Base Camp (5,200 Meters / 17,060 Feet) to Pangboche
After an early breakfast, enjoy the stunning sunrise views before starting your trek back down. The trail is predominantly downhill, allowing you to appreciate the changing landscapes as you descend through various settlements and vast alpine meadows. Upon reaching Pangboche, take the opportunity to explore this charming village and engage with the friendly locals, learning about their way of life and culture. Day 15: Pangboche (3,900 Meters / 12,795 Feet) to Namche Bazaar
Today’s journey takes you from the high mountain terrain back to the lush woodlands surrounding Namche Bazaar. The trail winds through vibrant forests and past beautiful monasteries, leading you to the vibrant market town of Namche. Upon arrival, enjoy some leisure time to explore the local shops and cafes, indulging in some well-deserved relaxation after your trek. Accommodation: Teahouse Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 16: Namche Bazaar (3,440 Meters / 11,286 Feet) to Lukla
This is the final day of your trekking adventure. Follow the Dudh Koshi River down to Lukla, passing through charming settlements and scenic landscapes along the way. Upon reaching Lukla, celebrate the completion of your trek with your team, sharing stories and reflections from your journey in the mountains. Accommodation: Teahouse Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 17: Lukla (2,800 Meters / 9,186 Feet) to Ramechap and Drive to Kathmandu
After breakfast, bid farewell to the majestic mountains as you board a flight to Ramechap. Upon landing, take a scenic drive back to Kathmandu, where you can rest and unwind after your adventure. Later, explore Thamel, the bustling tourist hub known for its shops, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere. Accommodation: Hotel Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 19: Final Departure
On your last day, enjoy some leisure time before your departure flight. Our representative will drop you off at the airport, ensuring you arrive three hours before your flight. Reflect on your incredible journey in the Himalayas, filled with unforgettable experiences and breathtaking landscapes. Meals: Breakfast If you wish to extend your stay, consider exploring nearby attractions or participating in additional tours, such as national park visits, rafting, mountain biking, or trips to Tibet, India, or Bhutan. Exclusions

  • Nepal Entry Visa Fees Visa can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. The cost is $25 USD for a 15-day visa
  • Costs for any additional accommodation and meals before and after the expedition.
  • All types of beverages, including tea, coffee, soft drinks, beers, and bottled water.
  • Any unforeseen expenses due to factors beyond our control, such as changes in landscape, weather conditions, illness, changes in government policies, strikes, or personal physical conditions.
  • Additional fees for excess luggage at domestic airports.
  • Costs for personal items such as snacks, laundry, telephone calls, Wi-Fi, and hot showers at tea houses during the trek.
