Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day-1 Arrive at Kathmandu

Today after having breakfast in the hotel, we will visit four UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu. Pashupatinath Temple is one of the holiest places for Hindus.

The ancient Boudhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupas in the world and the Swayambhu Stupa meaning “self-existent” is popular among foreigners as the Monkey Temple owing to the large monkey population residing in the area. Day-14 Final Departure or Join Next Program

After early morning breakfast, we drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu. On the way enjoying the beautiful view of green mountains all the way, we reach Pokhara after 6-7 hours of driving. Upon our arrival in Pokhara, the beautiful lake city, we are rewarded with magnificent views of the Himalayas including Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhare, the five peaks of Annapurna, and others. There is another option of having fun rafting at Trishuli River which is famous for the rafting on the way and heads towards Pokhara. Overnight at a hotel in Pokhara

Day-3 Kathmandu to Pokhara 207km drive

Today marks the beginning of our trek to Poon Hill. Following breakfast, we embark on a journey starting with a drive to Naya Pul, where our trek commences towards Ulleri. Along the way, we traverse a sub-tropical valley forest and navigate carved trails etched into the cliffside. Crossing the Modi Khola via a suspension bridge, we reach Tikhedunga, where we pause for lunch. Continuing, the trail crosses the Tikhedunga River on another suspension bridge before descending to the Bhurungdi Khola via a large bridge at 1520m.

The trek then ascends via a challenging stone staircase comprising more than 3300 steps, leading us steadily upwards to the Magar village of Ulleri at 2080m. This relentless climb through picturesque landscapes promises an unforgettable start to our adventure. Tonight, we rest in Ulleri, preparing for the next leg of our journey towards Poon Hill.

Day-4 Pokhara to Nayapul Drive and Trek to Ulleri

Today, we are trekking to Ghorepani after morning breakfast. From Ulleri we walk beside the cascading river through refreshingly cool oak and Rhododendron forest.
The trail crosses two sparkling clear streams, a small ridge, and another stream before making a short climb to Nangathanti (2460m). we will have a little lunch at Nangathanti. In the winter the trail can be covered with snow. And after an hour's walk, we will reach Ghorepani (2750m). Overnight at Ghorepani.

Day-5 Ulleri to Ghorepani Trek

Early in the morning, we embark on a steep ascent along rugged trails to reach the vantage point of Poon Hill (3,210m/10,529 ft.), eagerly anticipating the sunrise over the Himalayas. Witnessing the breathtaking sunrise becomes a moment of profound joy and tranquility, offering unparalleled views of Mustang, Pokhara, and over 20 towering peaks including the majestic Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. After breakfast and ample time soaking in the scenery at Poon Hill, our trek continues towards Tadapani. A brief climb to Deurali treats us to spectacular panoramas of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna, followed by a descent through lush rhododendron forests adorned with spectacular waterfalls. Finally, we arrive at Tadapani, where we are greeted with close-up views of the setting sun, culminating in a day of awe-inspiring natural beauty. Tonight, we rest in Tadapani, ready for the adventures that lie ahead in this enchanting landscape.

Day-6 Ghorepani to Poonhill to Tadapani trek

From Tadapani, the trekking trail descends steeply through the rhododendron forest. This part of the trek will be through a thick forest. Then we will be pleasantly surprised by the sight of blossoms in bloom on the slopes on the other side of the ravine.
After trekking for a while, we enter the village of Ghandruk, a slope settlement with stone houses mostly inhabited by the Gurung people.

Day-7 Tadapani to Ghandruk trek

The trek from Tadapani leads us downhill towards Birethati, descending via a stone-slab staircase that winds through village paths and terraced farms. The descent from Ghandruk continues steadily without respite until we reach the valley of the Modi Khola River, finally arriving at Birethati. From Birethati, a brief thirty-minute walk brings us to Naya Pul. After approximately four hours of trekking from Naya Pul, we board a private vehicle bound for Pokhara. An hour's scenic drive later, we arrive in Pokhara, where we settle in for the night, reflecting on the journey through the serene landscapes of the Annapurna region.

Day-8 Ghandruk to Pokhara drive

After breakfast, we prepare for a day exploring Nepal's picturesque lake district. Our first stop is Devi’s Fall and Gupteswor Mahadev Cave, both intriguing sites that capture our interest with their unique natural formations and spiritual significance. From there, we proceed to Fewa Lake, where today's highlight includes a serene boat ride to Barahi Temple situated on an island in the middle of the lake. Following this tranquil experience, we visit the renowned International Mountain Museum (IMM), which chronicles the history and achievements of mountaineering worldwide, with a particular focus on the Himalayas.

After a fulfilling day exploring these cultural and natural wonders, we return to our hotel. Later, we have the option to enjoy a leisurely Lakeside walk in the evening, soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. Tonight, we rest in Pokhara, reflecting on the enriching experiences of the day.

Day-9 Pokhara sightseeing Pokhara Day Tour

Following breakfast, we bid farewell to the charming city of Pokhara and embark on a scenic drive towards Chitwan. Situated at the base of the Churia range, Chitwan is renowned for its crown jewel, the Chitwan National Park (CNP), Nepal's first national park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After approximately five hours on the road, we arrive in Chitwan. In the evening, we have the opportunity to immerse ourselves in cultural performances presented by the Tharu community, indigenous to the Terai region. We settle in for the night at our lodge, anticipating the wildlife adventures that await us in the days ahead.

Day-10 Drive to Chitwan

In Chitwan National Park, a full day is filled with thrilling wildlife safari activities. The morning begins with an exhilarating elephant-back safari, offering a unique perspective as we traverse dense grasslands and observe the park's wildlife in its natural habitat. Following breakfast, we visit the elephant stables and witness these majestic creatures enjoying their morning bath.

In the afternoon, we have the option to explore further with a jeep drive deep into the forest, seeking out more wildlife encounters, or opt for a tranquil canoe trip along the Rapti River, where we can spot diverse bird species and other wildlife. Alternatively, we can embark on a birdwatching excursion or a nature walk, providing opportunities to observe the rich flora and fauna that inhabit the park. Tonight, we stay in Chitwan, reflecting on the day's memorable wildlife experiences.

Day-11 Chitwan national Park

Early in the morning, we have breakfast and engage ourselves in birding as Chitwan National Park is the home to a large variety of resident and migratory birds then we drive toward Kathmandu.
We can enjoy the beautiful hilly terrains and small houses along the way. After about 5 hour drive from Chitwan, we reach Kathmandu in the evening. Overnight at Kathmandu

Day-12 Drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu drive

Today is a free day in Kathmandu. Today you can visit the places you want. You can have rest too. You can go shopping and walk around Thamel. Overnight at Kathmandu

Upon your arrival in the Kathmandu airport, you will be greeted by a representative from Treklanders Adventures. After completing your custom formalities (Visa, etc.) pick up your luggage and look for our representative with Treklanders Adventures display board at the arrival gate. You will be then transferred to your hotel.

Arrival In Kathmandu

Our guide will pick you from your hotel in Kathmandu and drive to the airport. You will board the early morning flight from where you will fly to Lukla (2750 m.) in about 45 minutes. You will walk for about 3-4 hours to Phakding (2610 m.), a fairly plain terrain inhabited by Sherpas. Later in the afternoon, you will follow upstream Dudhkoshi River and spend the night in a lodge.

Kathmandu – Lukla (2750m) – Phakding (2610m):35 min fly and 4 hours trek

You will trek for nearly seven hours to reach Namche Bazar (3440 m.), the famous town in Solukhumbu. The last three hours of 
this trek will be tough, but the beautiful sceneries on the way will make you will forget your tiredness. The night will be spent in a local teahouse.

Phakding - Namche Bazaar (3440m):5 to 6 hrs. Trek

To help your body adjust with the high altitude conditions, we will spend the day for acclimatization. You can do some daytime hiking and explore Khumjung village and return to the teahouse at Namche Bazaar for the night-stay. I

Namche Bazaar (Rest Day):

You will reach Tengboche (3860 m.), a perfect viewpoint to observe beautiful peaks of AmaDablam and the picturesque 
Thamserku, and a greater part of the Himalayan range in the Khumbu Region.

Namche Bazaar – Tengboche (3680m):5 to 6 hrs trek:

Dingboche (4250 m.) lies at about a walking distance of six to seven hours from Tengboche. Due to the rising altitude, you will be walking slower than on previous days.

Tengboche – Dingboche (4410m):5 to 6 hrs.Trek:

This will be the second day of acclimatization. You will be taken on a day trip to Chhukung Valley and back to Dingboche. Rest and rejuvenation are quite essential for you in order to continue the trekking next day. High altitude treks are usually carried out along with acclimatization in parallel. It is necessary for your body to be familiar with the surrounding altitudes. Frequent acclimatization is a must, and your guides will encourage it

Dingboche-Rest Day:

your next stopover is Lobuche (4950m.), at about a walking distance of three to four hours from Dingboche. Stunning views of Mt. Pumori, Mt. AmaDablam, Mt. Lhotse and a section of the Himalayan Range are the main highlights of the day.

Dingboche to Lobuche (4950m):3 hour:

The next segment of your trek, from Lobuche to GorekShep (5160 m.) is short and can be completed in about three hours. You will reach GorekShep just in time for lunch. After Lunch we are heading to Base camp. Evening, to view the dazzling sunset over the highest point on this planet. We walk slowly reach basecamp for catch dream of your life main gate way to highest point in the world after basecamp back to the hotel overnight in Gorekshep.

Lobuche – GorekShep(5160m) to Base camp Explore ( 5364m): 7 Hour walk.

You will begin the five hours’ hike to Kalapathar early in the morning. Kalapathar is at an altitude of 5545 meters above sea level, and is better known as the perfect viewpoint to see all major parts of the Himalayan Range, including the majestic Mt. Everest. If the weather permits, you will get to see a spellbinding sunrise, something that you will not find elsewhere in the whole world. You can take as many photographs as you like, and then go back to GorekShep for breakfast after breakfast. Shortly afterwards, you will descend back to Pheriche.

GorekShep – Kalapathar (5555m) –Pheriche (4350m):6 to 7 Hrs.

Today after breakfast all the way decent to Namche bazar via Tengboche. Stay overnight in Namche Bazar.

Pheriche to Namche Bazar: 5 to 6 Hrs.

Today after breakfast trek down to Lukla. All downhill vilahelari bridge river bhotekoshi and dudkoshi and crossing many suspension bridge. You are almost nearing the end of the trek on day 12. During the day time, you will trek down to Phakding. You will have some time to spend in Phakding during the evening, so you can either hop in a local pub for a drink or else you can spend the evening in your lodge interacting with the locals. Overnight Lukla.

Namche Bazaar –Lukla. 6 to 7 hour walk.

Early in the morning you will be preparing for your flight back to Kathmandu. During your 30 minute flight you can hit that Play button on your camera and review the trip you just had in the past amazing. A nostalgic feeling of loneliness will fill you as you descend upon Kathmandu as you transfers to your hotel in Thamel. Included meal:-

We are saying good bye to the mountains as journey in Nepal comes to an end today! There is nothing to do but trade emails with travel companions and organize the photos. If you have more time you can do some shopping or sightseeing. Approximately 3 hours before the scheduled flight a representative from Treklanders Adventures will take you to the 
airport. On your way home you’ll have plenty of time to plan your next adventure in the wonderful country of Nepal.

The Dhulikhel Namobuddha hike begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu, passing through Bhaktapur and green meadows to reach Dhulikhel. Known for its easy trails, Dhulikhel offers picturesque views of the Himalayas and lush hills. Despite some mundane village roads, the forested sections and countryside vistas are captivating. The uphill hike from Dhulikhel, which takes 2-3 hours, rewards with panoramic views of the Annapurna range, Langtang, and more. The journey continues with a 4-5 hour hike to Namobuddha, culminating in a stunning sunset and an overnight stay at a local lodge, showcasing Nepal's natural beauty and cultural richness.

Day-1 Drive from Kathmandu to Dhulikhel and hike to Namobuddha

In the morning, we'll wake early to witness a stunning sunrise from Nagarkot, offering breathtaking city views. After breakfast, we'll trek to Namobuddha, a significant Buddhist pilgrimage site on Gandha Malla Hill, where the beautiful stupa stands. Known for its serene environment and cultural importance, Namobuddha provides an easy hike through peaceful forests and small roads, free of vehicles. The hike features beautiful monasteries and Himalayan views, including Mt. Everest and Langtang on clear days. After exploring Namobuddha and its monastery, we'll return to Kathmandu, concluding our memorable trek.

Early morning we will fly to Lukla from Kathmandu( 30-minute fly). (during the busy season Flight will divert to Ramechap due to air traffic at this period we need to drive 4 hours from Kathmandu to Ramechap to catch a flight). and trek to Phakding. for 2 hours.

After breakfast at Lodge, we will start your trek to Namche Bazaar through Hillary Suspension Bridge. it will take 5-6 hours walking distance from Phakding and overnight at the Lodge.

Today is a rest day at Namche to acclimatize your body. this day after breakfast at the hotel we will hike to Hotel Everest View for a few hours and back to the hotel for overnight.

Rest Day at Namche.

after breakfast at the hotel, we will start our regular walk to Tengboche. it will take 5 hours to walk from Namche. overnight at Tengboche.

Trek to Tengboche.

On day 5 of the Everest Base Camp trek, you will head from the village of Tengboche to the village of Dingboche. It will be an absolutely beautiful day as you make your way through the valley with the glacier river down below and the snow-capped peaks out in the distance. within 5-6 hour walk we will reach at Dingboche.

Trek to Dingboche.

Today is a Rest day at Dingboche. on this free day, we will hike to nearby areas with a beautiful hill called Nagarjun Hill to see better views from the hills.

Rest Day at Dingboche.

This day's Duration is not so long but due to the high altitude we will take 5-hour walk from Dingboche to reach Lobuche. and overnight at Lobuche.

Trek to Lobuche.

this day is such a special day for travelers because today we will reach our final destination Everest base camp. At first, we will reach Gorakshep after a few hours of walking from Lobuche. and after lunch at Gorakshep, we will be heading to Everest Base Camp. and back to Gorakshep for overnight.

Trek to Gorakshep.

Today is also a special day because travelers will reach at highest altitude of this trek on the top of Kalapatter, with better views of the sunrise. after sunrise at Kalapatter, you will back to Gorakshep and trek back to Pheriche. and overnight at Pheriche.

Today Trek back to Namche Through Same Way. and overnight at Namche.
