Get ready for an exciting start! Our friendly trekking guide will meet you at your hotel, and we'll embark on a scenic drive in a private vehicle towards Macchakhola. While the road conditions may vary, we'll navigate through breathtaking landscapes until we reach the village of Macchakhola, where we'll settle in for the night.

Adventure begins from Kathmandu to Macchakhola (930m)

Get ready for an amazing day of trekking! We'll follow a trail that takes us up and down until we reach Tharo Khola (river). Crossing the river, we'll pass by the famous Tatopani hot springs, climb over a ridge, and cross the Bhudhi Gandaki River on a suspension bridge. Our journey continues, with the trail leading us along the river, crossing it several times, until we reach our destination for the day, Jagat.

Trek to Jagat (1410m)

Today's adventure begins with an uphill climb towards Salleri, followed by a descent to Sirdibas. As we press on, we'll cross the Ghatta Khola (river) and follow it upstream, crossing a large suspension bridge to reach the village of Philim. Our trek continues, passing through forests, villages, and a bamboo forest until we reach the Dyang Khola (river). Crossing the river will take us directly to the village of Dyang.

Trek to Dyang (1800m)

Be prepared for stunning views as we cross the Budhi Gandaki River multiple times on our way to Namrung. We'll climb up to Rana and head west, passing through forests, Mani walls, and enjoying views of the Shringi Himal. Following the Budhi Gandaki River upstream, we'll encounter Gompas and traverse a narrow gorge before a final steep climb brings us to Namrung.

Trek to Namrung (2660m)

Wake up to breathtaking views of Ganesh, Shringi, and Himalchuli mountains. Our trek continues with an ascent through a forested trail and villages, where we'll take a break at Lho village, offering panoramic views of Mt. Manaslu. We'll explore Ribung Gompa and continue uphill to reach our destination, Samagaon.

Trek to Samagaon (3530m)

Take a well-deserved rest day to acclimatize to the high altitude. Explore the village and its surroundings, taking in the magnificent mountain views and glaciers that surround Samagaon.

Acclimatization in Samagaon

Our trek resumes as we descend to the Budhi Gandaki River and follow it north. At a junction, we'll take the trail leading to Larkya-La Pass. The trail is relatively easy and offers more encounters with the Budhi Gandaki River. We'll pass some Gompas and eventually reach Samdo, where we'll spend the night.

Trek to Samdo (3690m)

Today, we make our way to Larkya Phedi, also known as Dharmshala. Crossing the Budhi Gandaki River again, we'll begin ascending and enjoy views of the mighty Larkya glacier along the way. A short trek will bring us to Larkya Phedi, where we'll have time to relax and explore the area.

Trek to Larkya Phedi/Dharmashala (4470m)

Get ready for a thrilling day as we set out early. After passing a short uphill trail, we'll reach the northern side of the Larkya glacier, offering incredible views of Cho Danda and Larkya Peak. The trail ascends further as we approach the final stretch of Larkya-La Pass, rewarding us with stunning views of Annapurna II, Cheo Himal, Kangguru, and the Himlung Himal. After taking in the majestic mountains, we'll continue our journey towards Bimtang village with a long and gradual descent.

Larkya-La Pass (5106m) and Bimtang (3720m)

Enjoy a picturesque descent as we make our way towards Tilche. We'll cross the Dudh Khola Koshi through a bridge and follow a trail that takes us through rhododendron forests, fields, and valleys. Climbing over a ridge, we'll reach the village of Gho, and a final push will bring us to Tilche, where we'll spend the night.

Bimtang to Tilche (2300m)

On our last day of trekking, we'll follow the Marshyangdi River downstream until we reach the village of Tal. Continuing downstream, we'll reach Dharapani, where we'll catch a local jeep to Besisahar, marking the end of our trekking adventure.

Trek to Dharapani (1860m) and Drive to Besisahar

We'll bid farewell to the picturesque landscapes as we travel back to Kathmandu in a local bus, cherishing the memories of our unforgettable journey.

Today we spend time the day getting to visit some of the famous sites in Kathmandu with a full day sightseeing around the Kathmandu Valley. We take in the premium destinations that have managed to find a place in the UNESCO world's heritage list. We begin at Swayambhunath climbing its stairs which are said to encompass the 13 paths to reach enlightenment.From here we drive to The Hindu heritage cremation site of Pashupatinath resonating in the prayers of thousands who visit the temple each day. A full day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu valley & permit preparation

After breakfast, we will have pre trek meeting and you’ll be briefed by the trek leader about the journey ahead. Once we have loaded all the equipment, we embark on the 9 to 10 hour bus drive to SotiKhola, 140 kms North West of Kathmandu. We drive through DhadingBesi and the town of Arughat and SotiKhola. Drive from Kathmandu to Machhakola, (900m/2952ft) via Sotikhola Duration: 9 hours

After breakfast in Machha Khola, we follow the gorge and continue up the river. The trail is narrow at first with a few gentle ups and downs before eventually crossing the Tharo Khola to reach Khorlabesi. After more ascents and descents, we arrive at a small hot spring in Tatopani—where we take a break!From here we need to climb over another ridge before crossing the Budhi Gandaki on a suspension bridge. There are some lovely Gurung villages in the jungle high above, as well as troops of Langur monkeys, which roam the region.We are not so far now from the village of where we stop for the night.We cross back over the Budhi Gandaki then climb over a ridge, trek along the river and then one more climb up to the village of Jagat. Trek to Jagat (1340m/4395ft) Walking Distance: 22.2 Km/13.8 Miles, Duration: 6 hours.

The trail continues through Jagat, a well-paved village, we then need to climb up the valley to Sirdabas, from here there are some great views of the Shringi Himal. We then drop down to the river to cross over a long suspension bridge and climb steeply up to Philim. We pas a series of impressive cascading waterfalls on either side of the valley today. We move on towards Ekle Bhatti we head towards the river and cross it twice over suspension bridges. From Ekle Bhatti we trek along to pass Pewa, traverse along a small campsite clearing then continue through the valley until reaching our overnight stop in the village of Deng. Trek to Deng (2095m/6871ft) Walking Distance: 20 Kilometers/12.4 Miles, Duration: 8-9 Hours

Today, we begin with a steep climb up onto a spectacular trail before descending to cross the river. Once we cross the river we walk up an extremely impressive valley passing through some small settlements. The area begins to take on a more Buddhist influence and it is where we begin to encounter Mani stones carved into wayside rocks – a sign that we are entering Tibetan territory. In the afternoon, we can if we wish take a side excursion to the small settlement of Prok – a two-hour round trip – back to Namrung for the night. Trek to Namrung (2900m/9512ft) Walking Distance: 19.4 Km/12 Miles, Duration: 5-6 Hours

It is another great day Walking past the long Mani stone walls of the village of Lho, with an astounding view of Peak 29 ahead us, we go through a large stone gate.Lho is dominated by a large Gompa which acts as a home for more than 150 children that get their education here. The Gompa and its dormitories are located on the slopes of a hill above the village. There is a fabulous viewpoint at the top of the hill that provides a fantastic view of Mount Manaslu. Trek to Lho Gaun (3180m/10430ft) Walking Distance: 10.5 Km/6.5 Miles, Duration: 5-6 Hours

The trail then follows a lateral moraine of Pungen Glacier towards Samagaun, Samagaun is a beautiful village in a wonderful setting, perhaps the most beautiful village of the entire trip. Accommodation: Guest House Meals Included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Trek to Samagaun (3500m/11480ft) Walking Distance: 8.1 Km/5 Miles, Duration: 6-7 Hours

It is advised that you always trek high during the day and sleep at a lower altitude for proper acclimatization. We need to let our bodies adjust to the altitude as we have some high places to reach later. We can do the full day trek towards Manaslu Base Camp (4750m) which is a round journey of approximately 7-8 hours. Alternatively, we can do a half day hike to the glacier across the valley or to Birendra Ta before heading back to Samagaon. Accommodation: Guest House Meals Included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Acclimatisation Day at Samagaun

The mountains are truly coming alive as we cross pastures as we gradually descend to the valley below. We have fantastic views of the mountains, especially Manaslu, that lies straight ahead of us on our way to Samdo, a Tibetan refugee village. This remote village is less than a days walk from the Tibetan border with a wealth of Buddhist culture on show. In the afternoon we explore the village and the surrounding hills before returning to Samdo to spend the night. Accommodation: Guest House Meals Included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Trek to Samdo (3690m/12103ft) Walking Distance: 8.1 Km/5.03 Miles, Duration: 3-4 Hours.

Today is a short one we trek down a rocky mountain path from Samdo to the valley floor and cross Gyala Khola before a trek up to the ridge overlooking the remains of the once thriving Lyarke Bazaar. We cross two small streams before reaching Larke Glacier. From here there is a push up you ascend to collection of huts, locally known as Dharmashala. There is very little here and the lodge leaves a lot to be desired sowe will spend the day looking around and probably camp the night. Trek to Dharmasala (4450m/14596ft) Walking Distance: 6.6 Km/4.10 Miles, Duration: 4-5 Hours

The big day has arrived. it is a challenging one taking many people out of their comfort zones. We make an early morning start to cross the highest pass on the route, slowly as we go, stamina needed as we move towards Cho Canda from here we push ahead steeply uphill towards the pass. From the top the rewards more than make up for all the effort.,there are magnificent views of broad sections of the Himalayas. Marvel at these ice clad giants in every directions and peaks including Himlung Himal, 23,379ft/7,126m, Cheo Himal, Gyaij Kang, Kang Guru, 22,998ft/7,010m, plus Annapurna II.From the pass It is a steep descent down the other side of the pass. The length of the day is very much dependent upon conditions of both the weather and group but it will certainly be challenging and you will arrive tired at a place called Bimtang / Bimphedi, 12,202ft/3,760m. Trek to Bhimphedi (3590m) Via Larkya La Pass (5220m/17122ft), 24.5 Km/15.22m, Duration:9 Hr

A shorter day today. As we leave the meadows of Bimphedi we continue descending initially with some absolutely glorious mountain views before entering a pine and rhododendron forest. Then trek up the lateral moraine until the river bed at the hamlet of Karcha. We then have a gentle ascent through terraced fields towards a small pass - the Karcha La. From the pass the trail drops down through numerous fields and pine forest to Tilje. Accommodation: Guest House Meals Included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Trek to Tilje (2300m/7544ft) Walking Distance: 26 Km/16.1 Miles, Duration: 8-9 Hours

Our trek is coming to an end but we still a way to go today. We begin by crossing the Dudh Khola and trek alongside the river to reach the Thonje checkpost. It is here we join the popular Annapurna Circuit trail. We follow the trail downstream, to the village of Dharapani. Suddenly in a traffic jam with plenty of trekkers starting their Annapurna Circuit trek, and numerous tea houses offering tempting apple pie and beer is miles away from what we have been used to over the past two weeks.. It's a dusty, dirt road from Dharapani to Besisahar and it takes around 2 hours. Accommodation: Guest House Meals Included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Tilje to Dharapani and drive to Besisahar. 6-7 Hours.

Today we drive from Beshisahar back to Kathmandu and transfer to our hotel. Frenetic Kathmandu will seem like the dark side of the moon.Now there is time to relax and reflect on the many memories from your trek and there is always an arranged a farewell meal that we arrange on this evening to enjoy. Day 1 Arrive Kathmandu (1,300m), transfer to selected hotel and welcome dinner.

Day 2 Kathmandu sightseeing and Trek preparation.

Early morning drive to Machhakhola after your breakfast the drive road more or less what mention with your program but normally we drive Machhakhola nowadays. And jeep and bus are service available for driving and overnight stay at guest house.

Day 3 Drive Kathmandu to Machhakhola 7-8 hrs

From Machhakhola to Jagat normal people do trek and you also doing same like that and that takes around 6-7 hours and that also depend on your walking speed. You can have hot lunch in Dovan or Thulo dunga between Jagat.

Day 4 Trek to Jagat 6-7 hrs. trek.

Deng is small village on the Manaslu trek and it’s takes 6-7 hours all the way forest and narrow trail and you have top be careful when there is mule and some animal on the way. This day is amazing places where you also can see some mountain of Manaslu region and also you can see the trail of famous trek trail Chum valley. Overnight at guest house.

Day 5 Jagat to Deng (1,804m), 6 - 7 hrs trek.

Today you reach Namrung where you can use intranet and can talk with your family if you want to update with them. Namrung is small village and where you can have also some bakery items  as well. The trek around 6-7 hours include lunch stop.

Day 6 Deng to Ghap (2,165m), 3 - 4 hrs trek.

Trek to Lho village this village is amazing village of the Manaslu region where you can see real manaslu Khang pun Gyan and Serang and many other mountain as well. You can have hot shower because after here there is no chance to have hot shower and when you in high altitude there is better to skip shower. The trek takes 5-6 hours and if you are early reach Lho village you also can visit around village and fun with kids.

Day 7 Ghap to Lho (3,180m), 7 - 8 hrs trek.

Trek to Samagaun one of the highlights village of the trip. Yuo can have lunch in Syala village enjoying with mount Manaslu, Naike peak, Serang Himal and nature. Today the trek only 4-5 hours if you want to lunch direct Samagun that you can. If you arrive early Samagun after check in your hotel you can go Birendra lake for short acclimatization Samagun overnight guest house.

Day 8 Lho to Samagaon (3,530m), 5 - 6 hrs trek.

Today you can go Mamansu base camp after your breakfast and take pack lunch with you because there is no hotel and tea shop in base camp. The trip up and down takes 5-7 hours. If you reach Manaslu base camp that will be very useful for you for your pass to Larke Pass.

Day 9 Day excursion to Pungyen Gompa.

Trek to Samdo. Samdo is only 2 hours from Samagoun so you can go morning Pungyan Gumpa around -3-4 hours and after that you come back to Samagun and take lunch them go to Samdo village.

Day 10 Samagaun to Samdo (3,860m)

Darmasala around 3-4 hours and you will walk all the way with beautiful mount Manaslu, Serang ,Naike peak and many other mountain and Darmasala there is tea house so you can stay overnight there in tea house.

Day 11 Samdo to Dharamsala (4,460m)

Trek to Bimthang after larke pass you start trek today early morning around 4-5 Am and you will reach sunrise Larke la. After Larke pass trek down around 3 hours and Bimtang is nice place for everything. From Larke la you can see many mountain diffrent than manaslu region you can see some Annapurna mountain range mount Himlung, mount Kangkaru, Naike peak, Serang himal Manaslu south view and many other mountain.

Day 12 Dharamsala to Bimthang (3,720m) via Larkya La (5,100m), 8 - 9 hrs trek.

Trek to Gowa village only 4-5 hours trek al the way down and now you can see Manaslu south view and mt. Himlung, Khang karu, Naike peak and many other beautiful mountain. Most of way you can walk on jungle and river side. Gowa where you can have good hot shower and supper delicious food.

Day 13 Trek to Gowa village

Trek to Tilje- Darapani Annapurna circuit trail and drive to Besisahar than if you want to go Pokhara you can take bus from Besisahar to Pokhara and if you want to go Kathmandu you can go by bus to Kathmandu.
