A 1 day trip to Ngorongoro Crater is the great way to see the wildlife and scenery of this amazing place. The crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to over 25,000 animals, including the Big Five (lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffaloes). You can also see zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, and many other animals.
A Ngorongoro day trip will start early in the morning with a pickup from your hotel in Arusha. You will then drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which is about 190 kilometers from Arusha. Once you arrive at the crater, you will descend to the floor and spend the day on a game will be provided at a picnic spot in the crater. In the afternoon, you will continue your game drive and then drive back to Arusha.

You will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha at 6:00 AM and driven to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive will take about 2 hours. You will arrive at the crater at 10:00 AM and descend to the floor. You will spend the next 3 hours on a game drive, looking for wildlife such as lions, elephants, and rhinos. You will have lunch at a picnic spot at 1:30 PM. In the afternoon, you will continue your game drive until 5:30 PM. You will then drive back to Arusha and arrive at your hotel at 7:00 PM.
