The trek also offers the chance to explore Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site that is home to diverse Himalayan flora and fauna. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to visit some of the highest Buddhist monasteries in the world, adding a spiritual dimension to this remarkable journey. The trek begins with a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu’s historical and cultural landmarks, including its temples, shrines, gompas, stupas, and vibrant markets. From there, you will take an exhilarating mountain flight to Hillary Airport in Lukla, featured in National Geographic for its stunning approach. The trek continues with a steep ascent to Namche Bazaar, the bustling hub of Sherpa culture, where you’ll be greeted by breathtaking mountain views. As the journey progresses, you’ll follow the trail to Kala Patthar, a renowned vantage point offering a 360-degree panoramic view of the Himalayas.
