Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive at Kathmandu Airport and transfer to your hotel (1,350m).
Day 02-03: Free Days in Kathmandu
Use these days for visa collection, rest, and preparation. Attend the assignment briefing as needed.
Day 04: Drive to Syprubeshi
Drive from Kathmandu to Syprubeshi (1,460m/4,790ft) and stay overnight in a teahouse accommodation.
Day 05: Drive to Kerung
Drive from Syprubeshi to Kerung (3,200m/10,499ft) and stay overnight in a hotel.
Day 06: Drive to Tingri
Drive from Kerung to Tingri (4,348m/14,268ft) and stay overnight in a hotel.
Day 07: Rest Day in Tingri
Rest in Tingri for acclimatization. After breakfast, the climbing Sirdar will take you to a 5,000m/16,404ft hill for acclimatization.
Day 08: Drive to Chinese Base Camp
Drive from Tingri to the Chinese Base Camp (4,800m/15,750ft) and camp overnight.
Day 09-10: Rest and Acclimatization at Chinese Base Camp
Rest and acclimate at the Chinese Base Camp (5,200m). Prepare and arrange yaks for the trek to Advanced Base Camp.
Day 11: Trek to Middle Camp
Trek from Chinese Base Camp to Middle Camp (5,700m), which takes about five hours. Overnight camping accommodation.
Day 12: Trek to Advanced Base Camp
Trek from the Middle to Advanced Base Camp (6,400m). Prepare and camp overnight.
Day 13-53: Climbing Period
Climbing period for the summit of Mount Everest (8,848m).
Day 54: Prepare to Return
Prepare to return and clean the base camp. Trek back to the Chinese Base Camp (5,200m).
Day 55: Return to Tingri
After cleaning the Chinese Base Camp, drive to Tingri (4,348m/14,268ft), which takes about four hours.
Day 56: Drive to Kerung
Drive from Tingri to Kerung (3,200m/10,499ft) and stay overnight in a teahouse with a bed and breakfast.
Day 57: Return to Kathmandu
Early in the morning, drive from Kerung to the Kerung border, complete immigration formalities, and then drive to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel.
Day 58: Free Day in Kathmandu
Enjoy a free day in Kathmandu, which includes a Nepalese cultural program and a farewell dinner in the evening.
Day 59: Departure
Transfer to the airport for your final departure.

- Extra costs due to natural calamities, landslides, political disturbances, strikes, or changes in government regulations.

- Expenses for rescue, repatriation, medicines, medical tests, and hospitalization.
- Medical insurance and emergency evacuation if required.
- Travel insurance and helicopter rescue.
- Minimum $1,500 USD per climbing Sherpa guide as per Mountaineering Association rules.
- Tips or gifts for expedition staff (chef, cook, cook’s assistant, base camp manager), typically $250-$300 USD per person, collected by the team leader and distributed among the base camp staff (excluding climbing Sherpa guides).
