Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. Check in at your hotel and rest. Explore the vibrant streets of Thamel.
Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing
Visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu Valley, including Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Prepare for the trek, and get necessary permits.
Day 3: Flight to Lukla, Trek to Phakding (2,610m)
Take an early morning flight to Lukla (2,840m), one of the most thrilling airport landings in the world. Start trekking to Phakding, a charming village alongside the Dudh Koshi River.
Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
Trek through the Sagarmatha National Park. Reach Namche Bazaar, the gateway to Everest, known for its bustling market.
Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
Rest and acclimatize in Namche. Explore the town, visit the Sherpa Museum, and enjoy stunning mountain views.
Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3,867m)
Trek to Tengboche, known for its beautiful monastery and panoramic mountain views.
Day 7: Trek to Dingboche (4,410m)
Descend to the Imja Khola and climb to Dingboche, a picturesque village with amazing views.
Day 8: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
Rest and acclimatize in Dingboche. Optional hike to Nagarjun Hill for acclimatization and views.
Day 9: Trek to Lobuche (4,940m)
Trek along the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. Reach Lobuche, with stunning views of Nuptse.
Day 10: Trek to Gorak Shep (5,164m) and Everest Base Camp (5,364m)
Hike to Gorak Shep, the last settlement before Everest Base Camp. Continue to Everest Base Camp and return to Gorak Shep.
Day 11: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m) and Trek to Dzongla (4,830m)
Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise and breathtaking views of Everest. Descend to Dzongla.
Day 12: Cross Cho La Pass (5,420m) and Trek to Thangnak (4,700m)
A challenging day as you cross Cho La Pass. Descend to Thangnak, a small settlement.
Day 13: Trek to Gokyo (4,790m)
Reach Gokyo, a beautiful village on the shores of the pristine Gokyo Lakes.
Day 14: Hike to Gokyo Ri (5,360m) and Trek to Dragnag (4,700m)
Hike to Gokyo Ri for panoramic views. Trek to Dragnag for an overnight stay.
Day 15: Cross Renjo La Pass (5,360m) and Trek to Lumde (4,350m)
Cross Renjo La Pass for breathtaking views. Descend to Lumde.
Day 16: Trek to Thame (3,800m) and Drive to Namche Bazaar
Trek to Thame, a traditional Sherpa village. Drive to Namche Bazaar, celebrating the completion of the Three Passes Trek.
Day 17: Trek back to Lukla
Trek back to Lukla, where you'll spend your last night in the Khumbu region.
Day 18: Fly back to Kathmandu
Take a scenic flight from Lukla back to Kathmandu. Rest and relax in Kathmandu or explore the city.
