Inclusion
- 1. Arrival & Departure: Airport - Hotel transfer – Airport (Pick Up and Drop).
2. Hotel Accommodation in Kathmandu: 3 nights hotel in Kathmandu (3 Star Category) on BB plan, Sharing Basis-Twin Bed Room.
3. Welcome Dinner: One Welcome Dinner in a tourist standard restaurant in Kathmandu with Office’s Staff.
4. Permit: Climbing Royalty and permit of Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) to climb Mera Peak, Island Peak, and Lobuche Peak, TIMS Card, Sagarmatha National Park Entry Permits fee.
5. Garbage Management: Stool Shipment Transfer & Garbage Deposit Fees.
6. Insurance: Medical & Emergency rescue Insurance for all involved Nepalese staff during the trek and peak climbing.

8. Cargo Clearance: International Air cargo clearance of Member Personal Luggage & Payment of Government Taxes in Nepal. *before the Climbing.
9. Member transportation:
1. (*Normal Route Itinerary for Mera Peak, Island Peak, and Lobuche Peak) Transportation Drive from Kathmandu – Manthali. While returning Drive from Manthali to Kathmandu, as per the itinerary.
2. (*Normal Route Itinerary for Mera Peak, Island Peak, and Lobuche Peak) Air Transportation (Domestic Flight): Fly from Manthali – Lukla While returning from Lukla - Kathmandu, as per itinerary.
3. (*Heli Itinerary) Air Transportation Heli flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. While returning Heli flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, as per itinerary (with additional cost).
Exclusions
1. Air Fare: International flight airfare (from and to Kathmandu.
2. Nepal entry Visa fee: Nepali Visa fee is US$ 40 per person for 30 days (to be applied for 60 days (USD$ 100).
3. Lunch & Dinner: Lunch & dinner during the stay in Kathmandu (also in case of early return from Trekking / Peak Climbing than the scheduled itinerary).
4. Insurance: Travel and high altitude insurance, accident, medical & emergency evacuation.
5. Rescue Evacuation: Medical Insurance and emergency rescue evacuation cost if required. (Rescue, Repatriation, Medication, Medical Tests, and Hospitalization costs.)
6. Personal Expenses: Telephone Calls, Internet, Toiletries, battery recharge, hot shower, laundry, soft drinks, beers, and any Alcoholic beverages (during the trek and in Kathmandu but soft drinks for members in base camp).
7. Personal Equipment: Clothing, Packing Items or Bags, Personal Medical Kit, Personal Trekking /Climbing Gear.
8. Filming: Special Filming, Camera, and Drone permit fee.
9. Toiletries: Soaps, shampoos, toilet and tissue papers, toothpaste, and other items used to keep yourself clean.
10. Internet Service: Not included during the trek and the peak climbing.
11. Summit Bonus: Summit bonus for climbing Sherpa- Minimum 500 USD. (Applies on full board service).
12. Tips: Calculate some tips for Base camp staff and porters.
13. Extra: Any other services or activities, which are not mentioned in the itinerary.
