Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrival at Kathmandu Airport and transfer to Hotel Yak and Yeti or a similar accommodation in Kathmandu (1,350 m / 4,430 ft).
Day 02-03: Preparation and Briefings
Preparation, briefings at the Department of Tourism, and last-minute shopping.
Day 04: Flight to Lukla and Trek to Phakding
Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla, then trek to Phakding (2,650 m / 8,694 ft) for approximately 4 hours. Overnight in lodge accommodation.
Day 05: Trek to Namche Bazaar
Hike through vibrant Khumbu villages to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m / 11,286 ft) in approximately 6 hours. Overnight in lodge accommodation.
Day 06: Acclimatization and Everest View Hike
Rest day; hike to Everest View Hotel and explore Hillary and Sherpa Museum.
Day 07: Trek to Tyangboche
Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche; visit the Buddhist monastery.
Day 08: Trek to Dingboche
Hike from Tyangboche to Dingboche; view Ama Dablam and Lhotse.
Day 09: Acclimatization in Dingboche
Acclimatization day; hike to Chhukung Ri.
Day 10: Trek to Lobuche
Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche.
Day 11: Trek to Gorakshep

Day 12: Kalapathar and Everest Base Camp

Inclusion

- Helicopter rescue insurance for high-altitude staff, and comprehensive medical and accident insurance for all involved.

- Includes all service charges, government taxes, and VAT. No hidden costs.
Exclusions
- Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu are not included (except for the farewell dinner). You will need to arrange these meals independently.
- Purchase packed food, snacks, drinks (including water, soft drinks, alcohol), cigarettes, chocolates, and energy bars yourself.
- Costs for personal trekking and climbing gear, laundry, tips, landline/mobile calls, walkie-talkies, satellite phones, and internet services are not included.
- Arrange your own travel insurance covering emergency rescue, medical treatment, and hospitalization before arriving in Nepal.
- International flight tickets and Nepalese tourist visas are not included in the package and must be purchased separately.
- Expenses due to natural disasters, political disturbances, or regulatory changes are not included.
- Extra costs for additional workers beyond what is included in the package are your responsibility.
- A minimum summit bonus of USD 1,500 for climbing Sherpa guides is required, payable before departure from Kathmandu.
- A tip of USD 250-300 per person for the base camp staff (excluding climbing Sherpa guides) is customary.
- Any services not mentioned in the package will incur extra charges.
