After you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will have to go through custom formalities. You will be greeted by our representative who will be anxiously waiting for you with a placard displaying your name in his hand. You will be transferred to the 3-Star category hotel in a private vehicle. Once you get refreshed, you will get briefing regarding the itinerary and you will also be introduced with your crewmembers and other trekkers who are going to join you on the trip. Enjoy welcome dinner in the evening where you can taste authentic Nepali dinner. Stay overnight in a hotel.

Day 01: Arrival in KTM, transfer to hotel& briefing

In the morning after breakfast, we will organize half day sightseeing tour during which you will be taken on memorable UNESCO Heritage Tour. Tour begins with visit to Nepal’s holiest Pashupatinath Temple Complex and takes us through Nepal’s largest Bouddhanath Stupa and 2500 years old Swoyambhunath Stupa. We will return to hotel in the afternoon and time for shopping of any missing items, equipment checking and getting ready for the trip.

Day 02: Half day sightseeing and afternoon equipment checking and fitting

This is the preparation day. Expedition is a long and challenging activity. We need to get well prepared and equip ourselves with all necessary equipment and accessories for successful and enjoyable expedition.

Day 03: Kathmandu; final preparation and packing

We will drive to domestic terminal of Tribhuvan Airport early in the morning and catch a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla either by fixed wing or on a helicopter. We will follow one of the most scenic air routes in the world with panoramic views of glistening mountains to Tenzing Hillary Airport in Lukla. Lukla allows access to Everest Khumbu region. We will assemble the crew and take breakfast before start of Mount Everest Expedition. Following the stone path through Ghat village, we will reach Phakding village. Visit local monastery. Stay overnight in Phakding.

Day 04: Fly to Lukla (2840m); trek to Phakding (2610m) 30min flight, 3-4hrs

Leaving Phakding, we will walk along Dudhkoshi River and enter the dense pine forest. We will cross suspension bridges and walk through dispersed houses of Zapute, Benkar and Chumoa to reach Monjo. Monjo allows an entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. We need to go through required national park formalities before we can enter the park. The park is rich in Himalayan herbs, plants, mammals and birds. We will descend to Hillary Bridge existing at the base of hill. After crossing the bridge, we will follow the escalating path towards Namche Bazaar. The path rewards us with views of Thamserku Mountain, Everest, Lhotse and other mountains and peaks. We will visit Sherpa Culture Museum in Namche where we can observe Himalayan lifestyle and cultural artefacts. Stay overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Day 05: Trek Namche Bazar (3,440m); visit to museum, 5-6hrs

Namche Bazaar acts as the major trade centre to conduct trade in between locals and neighbouring Tibetans. Namche is also popular as the capital of Sherpa land. It is wise to take rest at Namche on this day. For proper acclimatization with the changing altitude, we can arrange day hike to small Khumjung and Khunde villages. Visit the local monastery and observe the local lifestyle. Head office of National Park, Museum and monasteries are interesting places near Namche. We can get most of the modern facilities including hospital and post office at Namche. Stay overnight in Namche.

Day 06: Day hikes - Khumjung, Khunde (3840m)

The trail continues along glaciated Dudh Koshi River from Namche. We will follow the scenic route with views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse and other peaks and mountains and enter the forest area. Walking through the colourful rhododendron forest, we can get opportunity to view musk deer and colourful Himalayn birds like Danphe and Munal. We will move further to Sanasa village. The trail branches at Sanasa. We will follow the main trail towards Everest Base Camp. Following the escalating path from Sanasa, we will reach Tengboche. Gate of Tengboche Monastery is open after 3pm. We will visit Tengboche Monastery which is the largest monastery in the region.

Day 07: Trek Tengboche (3,860m); visit monastery, 5hrs

Leaving Tengboche, we will enter the birch and rhododendron forest. In couple of hours, we will reach Debuche from where we will lower down to beautiful Chhukung Valley. We will descend to Imja River and follow the raised path to Pangboche. Monastery is Pangboche is believed to be the oldest Monastery in the region. Walking along the Mani walls, we will climb to Pheriche. Walking along Lobuche River, we will reach Dengboche village. Stay overnight in Dengboche.

Day 08: Trek Dingboche (4,410m) in the Chhukung Valley, beautiful views throughout

Taking rest from trek at Dengboche helps to break the stress. It also helps in proper acclimatization. We will take short walk to Nagarjuna View Point located at Nagarjuna Peak. Enjoy the 360 degree mountain views of Makalu, Lhotse, Amadablam, Island Peak and other mountains. We will return to Dengboche for staying overnight.

Day 09: Day hikes to Nagarjun Peak (51,00m), 4hrs

From Dengboche, we will return to Pheriche. The trail continues through Dugla to the steep moraine of Khumbu glacier. We will head towards Chupki Lhara which is the memorial site for renowned climber Babu Chhiri Sherpa. Chupki Lhara is decorated with prayer flags. Walking through the Khumbu glacier moraine, we will reach Lobuche. Enjoy the panoramic views of Pumori Peak, Khumbutse Peak and other peaks and mountains. Stay overnight in Lobuche.

Day 10: Trek to Lobuche (4,910m), 5hrs

From Lobuche, we will follow short and easy path to Gorakshep, Lunch there and continue to Everest Base Camp. The trail stretches through levelled path from Gorakshep to the Indian army mountaineers' memorials. Although levelled, the path is tricky as it is made slippery by the glaciers. Also, the challenges is added by the increased altitude and presence of thin air. Walking past the rocky dunes and moraines, we will reach Everest Base Camp. We will enjoy the views of Nuptse, Khumbutse and other peaks and mountains. Stay overnight at Everest Base Camp.

Day 11: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5364m), 5-6hrs

After spending few days at Base Camp and doing some acclimatization hiking around, then we will do light packing and go for climbing to Lobuche East (6119m) peak and return to Base Camp, and prepare for going through the Khumbu Ice fall. We will spend these days in proper acclimatization up to Camp III. We can scout the surrounding area while Sherpas fix cables and ladders in the Everest climbing route wherever necessary and the load will be transferred to high camps. We do 1st rotation to Camp II sleeping overnight at Camp I, after spending one or two nights at Camp II, we descend to Base Camp. Now Sherpas do few load ferries to Camp II and also to Camp III, after spending few relaxing days/nights at Base Camp, now we go for 2nd rotation up to Camp III and it will be the final acclimatization and rotation program and we descend down to Base Camp and do further planning and discussions.

Day 12 - 30: Acclimatization climb to Lobuche East (6,119m), load ferries etc.

These are preparation days. Frequent ascend and descend of higher camps will be made in order to properly acclimatize ourselves to the increasing altitude. We will trek down to Debuche or to Namche village at the lower altitude for the better feeding and sleeping

Day 31 – 38: Trek out and rest at the lower villages, Debouche

Base Camp to Camp II (6402m) - 8 to 10 hours 
We will walk-through moraines and climb 60degree slopes to reach Camp
1, which is located just above the Khumbu icefall. Leaving Camp I, we will progress through Western Cwm to Camp II. 

Camp II to Camp III (7164m) – 6-7 hours  
From Camp II, we will head towards Lhotse face, we sleep at Camp III on Oxygen on low pressure.  

Camp III to Camp IV (8000m)
We will climb the slope with help of fixed rope. We climb from Camp III onwards with Oxygen. Normally it takes about 6 to 8 hours to reach at Camp IV.  

Camp IV to summit (8848.86m)
Double-checking with the weather forecast, wind pressure, we normally start for the final summit push about 7/8 pm. Climbing Hillary Step at 28,800ft, we will try to reach on the summit early in the morning and after taking some pictures/videos and we start lower down to the South Col for the overnight. The next day to Camp II and the following day to Base Camp.

Day 39 - 52: Climbing up to camp IV, Summit of Mt. Everest (8848.86m)

We will clear the base camp and celebrate successful climb of Everest.

Day 53 - 54: Return to Base camp

Early in the morning, we will leave Base Camp of Everest and follow the descending trail to Lobuche. Walking past Lobuche, we will descend to Pheriche village, next day we to Namche and enjoy the successful summit, similarly 3rd day to Lukla and get ready to fly to KTM.

Day 55-57: Trek to Lukla

We will catch an early morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. This is rest day. Spend the day as you like. You can go for shopping in Thamel where you can buy souvenir items. We can also arrange for guided sightseeing tour. Alternatively, you can arrange your photo albums and jot down memories in your journal. Stay overnight in a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 58: Fly back to Kathmandu

Spend the day as you like. You can go for shopping in Thamel where you can buy souvenir items. We can also arrange for guided sightseeing tour. Alternatively, you can arrange your photo albums and jot down memories in your journal.

Day 59: Free day in Kathmandu

You will be transferred to the Airport as per your schedule flight for international departure. Safe journey. We hope to see you soon

Day 60: Fly back to home

Everest via South Col (Nepal)

Mt. Everest Expedition South Side

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu (1300m), Transfer to Hotel and briefing

You will be transferred to our office for documentation work. You will also be introduced with your crew members and other trekkers who are going to join you on the trip. Day 02: Sight tour, necessary preparation for expedition

Leaving Kathmandu early in the morning, we will follow Prithvi Highway till we reach Dumre. We will take a branched path from Dumre to Besisahar which is the district headquarter of Lamjung. Our journey is exciting with scenic views of green hills, river and forest at the backdrop. Hotels and lodges are found in abundance in Besisahar. Stay overnight at Besisahar.

Day 03: Drive to Besisahar (800m) - 8hrs

From Besi Sahar, we will lower down to Bhalam River and pass through the small settlements of Khudi, Bhulbhule and Ngadi which will take us to yet another river. We will cross this river and walk through rice terraces to Syange village. Moving ahead, we will reach small village of Jagat and lower down to Marsyangdi River. Walking along the eastern edge, we will walk through forest. We will climb uphill to Sattale and pass through small settlements of Tal Besi and Tal Karte to Dharapani. Walking further through forest, we will reach Timang from where we will take brief walk to Koto for overnight stay.

Day 04: Trek to Koto (2600m) – 7/8 hrs

We will cross river that continues to Nar Phu valleys and walk to the forest located above Phu River. The trail continues further along cave to Dharmasala. Walking along canyon, we will reach pasture land and continue walking to the temporary settlement of Meta. Stay overnight at Meta.

Day 05: Trek to Meta (3560m) - 6hrs

Leaving Meta, we will pass through temporary winter settlement of Nar where we can see yak grazing lazily on Himalayan herbs. Walk through the low shrubs and bushes with scenic mountain views at the backdrop to Junam which is the semi-permanent settlement. Enjoy the views of glaciers as we head towards semi-permanent settlement of Chako. Taking series of ups and downs from Chako, we will reach Kyang where we will stay overnight.

Day 06: Trek to Kyang (3820m) - 6hrs

We will follow the descending trail to river. Following the river, we will walk through settlements where we can see colourful chortens. The trail continues along glacial stream, Canyonlands and gorges and arrive at Phu gate. This ancient gate is known as Pupigyal Kwe. Enjoy the views of three villages of Phu from this ancient gate. Enter Phu Gaon for overnight stay.

Day 07: Trek to Phu Gaon (4080m) - 5hrs

This is a rest day. We will visit local villages to meet with locals. Dzong and remains of two forts are also place of interest in Phu gaon. Time permitting, we will visit Tashi Lhakhang Gompa to meet with Lama Karma Sonam Rimpoche. Stay overnight at Phu Gaon.

Day 08: Rest & Acclimatization at Phu gaon

Leaving Phu Gaon early in the morning, we will head towards Himlung Base Camp. The trail is moderately challenging. We will pass through rocky section and climb narrowly rising slope to reach the base camp. Himlung Base Camp is located in a scenic place with great views of surrounding mountains. Stay overnight at Himlung Base Camp.

Day 09: Trek to Himlung Base camp (4842m) - 5hrs

We will allocate first few days for preparation to climb Himlung. Guide will share Himlung climbing strategy with team. He will also provide you with necessary instructions and teach you what to do and how should you call for help if in case of emergency. Once the Sherpas make way and fix cables wherever necessary and set up High camps, we will begin Himlung Climbing.

Base Camp to High Camp I (5619m)
We will choose the commercial route that begins from western face. High Camp I is located on the southeast ridge.

High Camp I to High Camp II (5987m) 
We may need to use oxygen mask from Camp I onwards. We can get the view of long ridge reaching to the summit from High Camp I.

High Camp II to High Camp III (6400m)
We will set our Camp3 on ledge. Crossing glacier, we will make 40 degree climb and reach snowfield with help of fixed ropes.

High Camp III to Summit and Back to Base Camp
We will climb 40 degree slope and move through snow and ice to reach to the summit.

Day 10-24: Load ferry, acclimatization, route opening and Summit attempt on Mt. Himlung

We will celebrate the successful climb of Himlung Peak. After clearing the base camp, we will retrace the route back to Phu Gaon through moraine valley. Stay overnight at Phu Gaon.

Day 25: Trek to Phu Gaon - 5hrs

This is going to be a long descending trek. From Phu Gaon, we will reach Kyang and walk through Chako and Junam to Meta. Following the green pasture land, we will reach temporary settlement of Meta where we will stay overnight.

Day 26: Trek to Meta - 6hrs

After an early morning tea, we will walk through pasture land to Dharmasala. The trail continues along cave to forest located above Phu River.

Day 27: Trek to Koto - 6hrs

Leaving Koto early in the morning by a Jeep drive, we continue driving to Beshishar where we stop for Lunch break and continue driving to KTM the same day. It would be a long day drive for about 12-14hrs to KTM. Stay in a Hotel.

Day 28: Drive to KTM via Beshishar - 6+7hrs

Spend the rest of the day as you like. You can go for shopping in Thamel where you can buy souvenir items. We can also arrange for guided sightseeing tour. Alternatively, you can arrange your photo albums and jot down memories in your journal. Stay overnight in a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 29: Extra/Free day in KTM

We will transfer you to the Airport as per your scheduled flight for your onward destination. Safe journey. We hope to see you soon.

Day 30: Depart for home, transfer to Int'l airport

Himlung Himal (Nemjung)

Mt. Himlung Expedition (7,126m) - 30 days

Enjoy welcome dinner in the evening where you can taste authentic Nepali dinner. Stay overnight in a hotel.

Day 01: Arrival in KTM, Transfer to Hotel & Briefing O/N Hotel

This is the final preparation day before heading for Base Camp, in the morning after breakfast, we will go through your all trekking and climbing equipment and getting ready for the trip and also if any last-minute item missing, you can do shopping and do the final packing.

Day 02: Equipment checking, fitting and Packing, O/N Hotel

Leaving Kathmandu early in the morning, we will head west. It takes 7 hours (175km) of drive to reach Beshishar from Kathmandu via Prithvi Highway. We can stop some-where for Lunch on the way to Beshishar. We stay in a guest house for the night for the food and accommodation.

Day 03: Drive to Beshishar (1960m), 7 hours

From Beshishar we drive on a local jeeps and drive to Dharpani on dirt jeepable road for next 4 to 5 hours. We reach at Dharapani by the lunch time. Now leaving behind the annapurna trail, we move forward towards to the Manaslu route, it will takes us about 3/4 hrs to reach Goa (2,515m), we stay in the local teahouse for our meals and accommodation.

Day 04: Drive to Dharapani (5 hours) and trek to Goa (2515m), 4 hours

After early morning breakfast at Goa, we continue our trek towards to the Manaslu Base Camp over Larkey Pass (5,160m), our 2nd day of the trek takes us to the Bimtang (3,590m) which is base of Larkey pass as well. The day trek will be about 6 hours. We stay in the local teahouse for our meals and accommodation.

Day 05: Trek to Bimtang (3,590m), 6hrs

Today will be acclimatization day up from Bimtang towards to the Larkey Pass (5,160m), we will try to go higher as possible and return to Bimtang for 2nd over night stay. This acclimatization hike will be really helpfull to us for the next long day walk over the Larkey Pass (5,160m) in terms of possible any mountain sickness. After hiking we return to the Bhimtang and stay in the same teahouse.

Day 06: Acclimatization Day at Bimtang (3,560m)

Today will be tough day crossing over the Larkey Pass (5,160m) staring from the Bhimtang early morning, The first part up to the Phedi is a bit of gentle steep upwards walk but from there to the Pass is very much tough and steep climb upwards and on the other side of the pass, the climb down is not really steep down. It will be about 8 hours to 10 hours of continuous walk, we will carry pack lunch and enough water from the Bhimtang. From the top of Larkey pass, we can have superb views of Manaslu and Gorkha himal mountains.

Day 07: Cross over the Larkey Pass (5,160m), continue to Samdo (3,875m), 8-9 hours

After an early morning tea, we continue our day walk towards to the Samagaon, the last day trek before getting in the Manaslu base camp (4,400m), this is a large village with an ancient monastery, chortens and Mani walls. Building chortens is believed to keep the evil spirits out of the village. Close-up view of Manaslu can be seen from Samagaon village. Samagaon is one of the biggest village of this region where people grow crops like buckwheat and potatoes as staple food. Visit Sama Gompa Monastery to learn about the culture. Stay overnight in Sama Gaon.

Day 08: Trek to Sama Goan (3,520m), 6hrs

From Sama Gaon, we will take short hike to Manalsu Base Camp. The Base Camp offers scenic views of lake, glacier, valley and surrounding mountains. During peak season, we can meet with several other expeditioners who come to climb Manaslu. Stay overnight at the Base Camp.

Day 09: Trek to Manaslu Base camp (4,400m), 5-6hrs

Manaslu Base Camp exists almost 6hrs of trek far from our camp in Sama Gaon. Base Camp of Manaslu remains cramped with expeditioners in peak season. After necessary packing, we will travel light through forest area. We will climb the tapering slope above Samagaon and head towards the north of Manaslu glacier. The last section is the steepest and slippery where we need to move through narrow moraine. Enjoy the mountain views and stay overnight in Manaslu Base Camp.

Day 10 to 12: Acclimatization and preparations at Base Camp

Days from 13 to 31 are allocated for Manaslu climbing attempt. The trail continues through hanging glaciers and icefalls. We will dedicate first few days for rotation of camps. Rotation of camps is necessary for making us properly acclimatized to high altitude. We will set up three high camps before we reach summit. 

Base Camp to Camp I (5700m), 4-5 hours 
Camp I to Camp II (6800m), 7 hours 
Camp II to Camp III (7400m), 5-7 hours 

Camp III to Summit, 5-6 hours 
We will advance further through snow slopes. The path moves in and out of deep snow and gets steeper at several points. After almost 5 hours of climbing, we will reach the comfortable place where we will make brief stop to check for rope and oxygen. We will climb up the corniced and unstable ridge to the summit. It is about 50m vertical climb to the summit from the stopping point and it may take about 2 hours to reach the summit.  

Return to Base Camp

Day 13 to 31: Acclimatization, Summit attempt of Mt. Manaslu (8,163m) and descent to the base camp

We will retrace the route back to Sama Gaon from Manaslu Base Camp on this day. The path is scenic and the return trip is relatively easy. Stay overnight in Sama Gaon.

Day 32: Trek to Sama Goan (3,520m), 5 hours

We will take about 4 days for return to Kathmandu from Samagaon, we will take about 3 days and drive to KTM either from Dharapani/Beshishar to Kathmandu or if we take other way trek then we drive to KTM from Aarughat. If incase if you have Helicopter ride to KTM from Samagaon, then you will take Heli ride to KTM

Day 33 to 36: Return trek and Drive to Kathmandu

Spend the day as you like. You can go for shopping in Thamel where you can buy souvenir items. Upon your interest, we can also arrange for guided sightseeing tour. Farewell dinner will be served in the evening.

Day 37: Kathmandu (1300m)

You will be transferred to the Airport as per your flight schedule. Safe journey. We hope to see you soon.
