Day 1: Arusha

Your second day begins with a journey into the scenic beauty of Arusha National Park. Towering over the park is majestic Mount Meru, a breathtaking backdrop to a landscape that shifts from lush forests to open grasslands. As you explore, you may spot giraffes, zebras, buffaloes and abundant birdlife. With a bit of luck, elephants or hippos may also appear. A highlight of the day is Ngurdoto Crater, often nicknamed ‘Little Ngorongoro’ for its striking resemblance to the famed caldera, offering panoramic views and a sense of quiet wonder. Unlike other parks where wildlife dominates, Arusha National Park invites you to appreciate its diverse scenery and peaceful charm.

Day 2 : Arusha National Park

Today, you’ll explore Tarangire National Park—famous for its towering baobabs, vast elephant herds, and thriving predator populations. It’s a park that offers classic safari scenes, with sweeping savannahs, riverine woodlands, and rocky outcrops. Wildlife is abundant, and you’re likely to see giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, buffaloes, baboons, and vervet monkeys. Lions are commonly spotted, while cheetahs and leopards may appear when you least expect it, making each moment in Tarangire rich with anticipation. 

After a fulfilling game drive, you’ll head to Marera Valley Lodge near Karatu. Set amid lush hills and gardens, the lodge provides stunning countryside views, a relaxing swimming pool, and inviting rooms—making it the perfect place to unwind after a day on safari.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park

Today you’ll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a breathtaking natural amphitheater often described as Africa’s Eden. From the crater rim, take in sweeping views as morning mist curls over the edge, unveiling a lush, self-contained ecosystem below. On the crater floor, you’ll encounter a high concentration of wildlife—lions, hyenas, elephants, black rhinos, and large flocks of flamingos gathered around soda lakes. The diverse terrain includes forested slopes, open grasslands, swampy springs, and sparkling lakes, each teeming with life. It’s a rare chance to see so much in such a compact space, making for an unforgettable day of game viewing.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater

Lake Manyara National Park offers a final, unforgettable chapter to your Tanzanian safari. This compact but diverse park is renowned for its dramatic scenery and unique wildlife experiences. After breakfast, you'll depart from your Arusha or Moshi accommodations and drive to the park. After your entrance to the park you will embark on a game drive through the park. Your drive will pass you past park landmarks such as the Momella Lakes and Ngurdoto Crater - sometimes known as 'Little Ngorongoro'

Also, your Safari Vehicle will go under the Fig tree (Ficus thonningii) whose roots have grown to take the shape of an arch, large enough for a Safari car (elephant size) to pass underneath you may stop get out of the car and take pictures. During lunch you will stop at a picnic site where you will have your lunch there after proceed with the game drive. At around four you will start leaving the National park for Arusha where you will spend the night!

DAY 1 - Moshi / Arusha – Arusha  ( GAME DRIVE) – Arusha

You'll depart from Arusha after breakfast for the drive to Lake Manyara National Park. The journey takes approximately two hours, but we'll pass through the market town of Mto Wa Mbu along the way. This agricultural and fresh produce market is a melting pot of local cultures and a souvenir hunter's paradise. After a brief stop at the village market, you'll enter Lake Manyara National Park. The park is truly a photographer's playground and offers some of the best game viewing in the world. You can expect to see many of Africa's most well-known animals, with the tree-climbing lions a particular treat.

DAY 2 - Arusha - Lake manyara  ( Game Drive )

After breakfast, you'll go into the Ngorongoro Crater; sometimes considered as the 8th Wonder of the World. Home to over 120 species of mammal including the fabled Big Five, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the most sought after safari destinations in the world. It's a particularly good place to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a lonely meal out on the grass plains, as well as a place to see large numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water. From the comfort of your open-top vehicle, you'll be able to observe and photograph some of Africa's most recognisable faces.

DAY 3 - Ngorongoro Crater ( Game Drive ) - Arusha

>> Our tour guide driver will greet you and pick you up from the Arusha/JRO Airport while helping you carry your luggage. You will be transferred to your hotel in Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay. You will relax for the rest of the day at the hotel. The next day, you will be picked up to start your beautiful journey.

Arrival at Arusha/JRO Airport

After an early breakfast, with our packed lunch box, we will start our beautiful journey to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. You will experience a great number of elephant herds while enjoying your lunch over there. Once we finish the game drive, we will transfer you to your lodge for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park is very famous for its elephant population. Here, you will have a unique experience of seeing nature combined with the original way of life of Masaai. Tarangire offers unparalleled game viewing, and during the Dry season, elephants abound.

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, while carrying our lunch box, our driver will take you to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. You will enjoy watching the number of tree-climbing lions. We will take you close to the lake for flamingo viewing and later transfer to your lodge for dinner relaxation and an overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park is well known for the unusual tree-climbing lions and the vast elephant herds. Also, get ready to see the shores of the lake, encrusted with pink flamingos and more than 400 species of birds, many of them waterfowl or migrants.

Transfer Karatu – Lake Manyara National Park

After an early breakfast, we will start our beautiful journey to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. You will descend into the crater while enjoying the majestic view and the wildlife animals. You will enjoy lunch inside the park. Later, we will transfer you to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and an overnight stay.

Travellers visiting the Ngorongoro Conservation Area can enjoy a number of incredible and unique experiences, such as exploring its volcanic craters (one of which is the largest unbroken volcanic caldera in the world), viewing the dense wildlife populations, including the Big 5, and observing Ngorongoro's abundance.

After breakfast, we will start our beautiful journey to Arusha National Park for a game drive. You will explore different areas inside the park while enjoying your lunch. Later, we will transfer you to the Arusha/JRO Airport, where your safari will come to an end.

Arusha National Park is a mysterious national park in northern Tanzania, northeast of Arusha city. It is famous for being home to Tanzania's second-highest mountain, Mount Meru, and the world's largest population of giraffes. It covers 552 square kilometers. The main attractions of this park are the ancient fig trees, crystal clear water in flowing mountain streams and a chance to spot colobus monkeys. Some of the numerous sights are the Ngurdoto Crater, rainforests, acacia forests, crater lakes and, of course, Mount Meru.

We will depart for manyara National Park early in the morning. Once we arrive in manyara we will begin exploring the enormous termite mounds and the ancient baobab trees. This park is renowned for its diverse bird species and extensive population of elephants.

Particularly impressive are the pink-colored flamingos, but there are also many other bird species such as cormorants, pelicans and storks. A total of about 400 different bird species live in the park. The park is also famous for its tree climbing lions, which are usually found in the central and open part of the park. DAY 1 - Moshi / Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

After an early breakfast, we head to Tarangire National Park. In 1970, the national park emerged from a former colonial hunting ground. He has a very diverse animal world, not least because of its size, which corresponds to approximately Luxembourg.

The park is home to one of the largest elephant populations in the north of Tanzania, but is also home to many other wild animals. With some luck you can spot lions, cheetahs or leopards. The landscape of the park is very diverse. Especially the huge baobab trees, which are located close together in the north-eastern sector of the park, are particularly impressive. In the late afternoon you will return to Moshi with many impressions of your safari.

DAY 2 - Tarangire National Park - Moshi/Arusha

In the morning we drive to Olpopongi in West Kilimanjaro region. Olpopongi is 74 kilometers from Moshi. Our two hours drive will take us through the beautiful outback of West Kilimanjaro. Depending on the season you can see game like zebras and elephants. On clear days you will have amazing views of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru. We reach Olpopongi before lunch time, where we will be welcomed by the local Maasai with a traditional welcome song and dance.

We take a walk around the village and you will check-in your hut for the night. The guides will then take you to the precious little museum, where you will learn about the history, social organization and tools of Maasai people.
