Day 1: Arusha

Your second day begins with a journey into the scenic beauty of Arusha National Park. Towering over the park is majestic Mount Meru, a breathtaking backdrop to a landscape that shifts from lush forests to open grasslands. As you explore, you may spot giraffes, zebras, buffaloes and abundant birdlife. With a bit of luck, elephants or hippos may also appear. A highlight of the day is Ngurdoto Crater, often nicknamed ‘Little Ngorongoro’ for its striking resemblance to the famed caldera, offering panoramic views and a sense of quiet wonder. Unlike other parks where wildlife dominates, Arusha National Park invites you to appreciate its diverse scenery and peaceful charm.

Day 2 : Arusha National Park

Today, you’ll explore Tarangire National Park—famous for its towering baobabs, vast elephant herds, and thriving predator populations. It’s a park that offers classic safari scenes, with sweeping savannahs, riverine woodlands, and rocky outcrops. Wildlife is abundant, and you’re likely to see giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, buffaloes, baboons, and vervet monkeys. Lions are commonly spotted, while cheetahs and leopards may appear when you least expect it, making each moment in Tarangire rich with anticipation. 

After a fulfilling game drive, you’ll head to Marera Valley Lodge near Karatu. Set amid lush hills and gardens, the lodge provides stunning countryside views, a relaxing swimming pool, and inviting rooms—making it the perfect place to unwind after a day on safari.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park

Today you’ll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a breathtaking natural amphitheater often described as Africa’s Eden. From the crater rim, take in sweeping views as morning mist curls over the edge, unveiling a lush, self-contained ecosystem below. On the crater floor, you’ll encounter a high concentration of wildlife—lions, hyenas, elephants, black rhinos, and large flocks of flamingos gathered around soda lakes. The diverse terrain includes forested slopes, open grasslands, swampy springs, and sparkling lakes, each teeming with life. It’s a rare chance to see so much in such a compact space, making for an unforgettable day of game viewing.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater

Lake Manyara National Park offers a final, unforgettable chapter to your Tanzanian safari. This compact but diverse park is renowned for its dramatic scenery and unique wildlife experiences. In the morning we drive to Olpopongi in West Kilimanjaro region. Olpopongi is 74 kilometers from Moshi. Our two hours drive will take us through the beautiful outback of West Kilimanjaro. Depending on the season you can see game like zebras and elephants. On clear days you will have amazing views of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru. We reach Olpopongi before lunch time, where we will be welcomed by the local Maasai with a traditional welcome song and dance.

We take a walk around the village and you will check-in your hut for the night. The guides will then take you to the precious little museum, where you will learn about the history, social organization and tools of Maasai people.

Start your safari by driving from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, which is about a 2-hour drive. Tarangire is known for its large elephant herds, and you may also see buffalo and lions. Overnight in a lodge or campsite in the park.

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which is home to the Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is one of the best places in Tanzania to see the Big Five, as well as other wildlife such as hippos and hyenas. Overnight in a lodge or campsite near the crater.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, drive to the Serengeti National Park, which is about a 4-hour drive. The Serengeti is known for its big cat population, including lions and leopards, as well as elephants and buffalo. Overnight in a lodge or campsite in the park.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

On your last day, you can do a morning game drive in the Serengeti before driving back to Arusha. If you haven't seen all of the Big Five yet, you may have another chance on the drive out of the park.

After breakfast, you'll depart from your Arusha or Moshi accommodations and drive to the park. After your entrance to the park you will embark on a game drive through the park. Your drive will pass you past park landmarks such as the Momella Lakes and Ngurdoto Crater - sometimes known as 'Little Ngorongoro'

Also, your Safari Vehicle will go under the Fig tree (Ficus thonningii) whose roots have grown to take the shape of an arch, large enough for a Safari car (elephant size) to pass underneath you may stop get out of the car and take pictures. During lunch you will stop at a picnic site where you will have your lunch there after proceed with the game drive. At around four you will start leaving the National park for Arusha where you will spend the night!

DAY 1 - Moshi / Arusha – Arusha  ( GAME DRIVE) – Arusha

You'll depart from Arusha after breakfast for the drive to Lake Manyara National Park. The journey takes approximately two hours, but we'll pass through the market town of Mto Wa Mbu along the way. This agricultural and fresh produce market is a melting pot of local cultures and a souvenir hunter's paradise. After a brief stop at the village market, you'll enter Lake Manyara National Park. The park is truly a photographer's playground and offers some of the best game viewing in the world. You can expect to see many of Africa's most well-known animals, with the tree-climbing lions

DAY 2 - Arusha - Lake manyara N.Park ( Game Drive )

After breakfast, you'll go into the Ngorongoro Crater; sometimes considered as the 8th Wonder of the World. Home to over 120 species of mammal including the fabled Big Five, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the most sought after safari destinations in the world. It's a particularly good place to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a lonely meal out on the grass plains, as well as a place to see large numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water. From the comfort of your open-top vehicle, you'll be able to observe and photograph some of Africa's most recognisable faces.
