6 Days Ngorongoro, Lake Natron and Tarangire

Tanzania's Ngorongoro Crater is renowned as the place with one of the highest densities of wild animals in the entire world. The unfilled volcanic caldera serves as a gigantic "natural zoo", hosting thousands of animals, including a large population of lions, elephants, wildebeest, and even rhinos. Apart from sometimes turning red, another reason that Lake Natron is so unusual is that it's incredibly caustic (alkaline) from the nearby volcano. This makes it poisonous to most animals. Animal and bird corpses can be found in and around the lake also you can visit nearby waterfalls, and Maasai people living near Lake Natron. The Tarangire National Park is known as a wonderful birding destination and also features large numbers of game, particularly during the dry season, when the Tarangire River is the only source of water in the area. The landscape is of particular interest too, due to the high number of scenic baobab trees. Also you can see herds of elephants. The accommodation will be mid-range.
