Itinerary
Arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport
Welcome to Nepal! Transfer from the airport to the hotel.
Pre-trip meeting and sightseeing around Kathmandu Valley
The day begins with a meeting and introduction with your trek and tour leader. After breakfast, we organize a short meeting in the hotel lobby. The meeting finalizes the preparation of the trek. In the meeting, you need to bring three copies of passport-size photos and a travel insurance copy. Soon, the day tour will start and on the tour visit the most highlighted places of Kathmandu.
PASHUPATINATH TEMPLE
Pashupatinath Temple is one of the most visited and sacred places of Hindus. According to Hindu mythology, Pashupatinath is one of four Dham. It is not only a religious place but also a cremation place. The dead body is burning with firewood in the bank of the holy river Bagmati.
BUDDHA STUPA
Bouddhanath Stupa is one of the biggest Buddhist shrines in the world. While touring in Buddha you can meet the monks, learn Buddhism, and gather information about Thankas, and its significance.
BHAKTAPUR DURBAR SQUARE
Bhaktapur
Drive to Ramechhap and fly to Lukla (2,840m).
Trek to Phakding (2,610m)
Early morning drive to Ramechhap and flight to Lukla. Breakfast will be in Lukla but sometimes we may have it in Ramechhap because of flight delay
Meet local trekking staff and start the trek to Phakding along the Dhudhkoshi River.
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,441m)
Trek alongside Dudh Koshi River, crossing suspension bridges.
Climb steeply to Namche Bazaar, the largest town in the region.
Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar (3,441m)
Rest day for acclimatization.
Explore Syangboche, visit a Sherpa museum, and enjoy stunning views.
Trek to Tengboche Hill (3,880m)
Trek to Tengboche, capturing Himalayan views and visiting the monastery.
Evening exploration around Tengboche Hill.
Trekking to Dingboche Valley (4,350m)
Descend to Debuche, continue to Pangboche, a Sherpa settlement.
Walk through Dingboche Valley with views of Mt. Ama Dablam.
Second Acclimatization day in Dingboche.
Hike up to Nangkartshang Peak (5090m)
Rest and acclimatization day.
Hike to Nangkartshang Peak for ideal acclimatization.
Trek to Lobuche (4,910m)
Trek to Lobuche, passing Thukla Pass with memorials.
Enjoy views of the Himalayas, Khumbu Valley, and Cholatse Glacier Lakes.
Trek to Gorakshep (5170 m), continue to Everest Base Camp (5,365 m) then back to Gorak Shep (5170 m)
Trek to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep.
Explore Base Camp and return to Gorak Shep.
Hike up to Kalapattar (5,555m) early in the morning and trek down to Periche (4,270m)
Early morning hike to Kalapathar for panoramic views.
Descend to Gorakshep for breakfast and further trek to Pheriche.
Trek down to Lukla (2,840m)
Trek to Lukla, the final stop in the Solukhumbu region.
Lunch stop at Phakding on the banks of the Dudhkoshi River.
Morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu.
Transfer to the hotel with leisure time to explore Thamel and shop for souvenirs.
Transfer to the airport for your final flight departure
The trip concludes; transfer to the international airport for departure.
