Manaslu Circuit Trek

Submit Review
The Manaslu Circuit Trek is a breathtaking and challenging trekking route located in the remote Manaslu region of Nepal. Spanning approximately 177 kilometers, this trek circumnavigates the majestic Mount Manaslu, the eighth-highest peak in the world, offering stunning views of snow-capped peaks, lush forests, and diverse landscapes. This trek takes you through remote villages, allowing you to experience the rich culture and traditions of the local inhabitants, who are primarily of Tibetan descent. The trek's highlight is crossing the Larke Pass, standing at 5,106 meters (16,752 feet) above sea level, providing a thrilling and rewarding adventure for trekkers. Manaslu Circuit Trek offers a pristine and less crowded alternative to the Annapurna Circuit, making it perfect for those seeking a more peaceful and off-the-beaten-path experience. Trekkers can expect to encounter a variety of ecosystems, from subtropical forests to alpine meadows, and spot unique wildlife like the elusive snow leopard. Due to its remote nature, a special restricted area permit is required, and trekkers are typically required to travel with a registered guide or in a group. This trek is a challenging adventure that rewards participants with unforgettable scenery and a deep connection to the Himalayan culture.
